Case Scenario

The municipality of Harenvliet is focused on providing maximal support to the citizens of their town. Therefore, they decided to start using Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business in combination with Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center (UCC). Today this organization has over 10 departments and more than 150 employees. Every department has its own UCC and further divided into sub-departments. This scenario describes the steps taken by municipality of Harenvliet to optimize their Lync and Skype for Business environment for the reception desk and the two departments civil- and public affairs.
