Since we believe that anyone within an organization should be part of a unified contact center, we have designed our license model to reflect this philosophy as well. Rather than the typical fee charged per seat or per agent, we charge a fixed server license fee with no additional user licenses.
All other features depend on the Anywhere365 license, since there are 4 kinds.
One license is deployed per active server. As an example, if your organization wants to utilize an independent Anywhere365 UCC at the reception, the service desk and 5 other departments on one (virtual) Anywhere365 server, this would encompass 7 UCCs. Since the Corporate Anywhere365 license allows a maximum of 8 UCCs, this would be the most appropriate license model.
We have a reduced pricing model for non-active Failover scenarios.
If your UCCs are deployed within multiple (SIP) domains, an additional license is required. As an example, if agents are connected to an Anywhere365 UCC via @company.com and @yourpartner.com, the latter can only be supported with an additional SIP Domain License.
The feature set is already extensive for even the Workgroup license, but increases even further for the Small Business and Corporate versions. The Enterprise license allows for an unlimited deployment within an organization with availability of all advanced functionalities, such as Wallboards, Call Recording and Dialogue Intelligence. There is a license type that suits every situation.
